A "Tree of Life" Tehran. One of the most beautiful and desired woven masterpieces produced at one of the most renowned workshops in the city of Tehran in the 4th Quarter of the 1800s. The Tehran rugs are extremely rare and very desirable by the connoisseurs of fine rugs. The design shows a vase design in the center and tree branches on either side emanating toward the heavens. The design in the field is set in a beautiful cream color with various birds and fawns throughout the design.
